I’m Luther, a 28-year-old professional footballer with a career spanning over eight years in the Football League across League One and League Two. With over 300 professional games behind me, I’ve always been driven by the same thing on and off the pitch — doing the work properly.

Off the field, my passion for property led me to gain hands-on experience across buy-to-let, buy-refurbish-refinance, and HMO conversions. That experience as both an investor and entrepreneur showed me what a good deal looks like — and more importantly, what a bad one looks like.

The Players Property Partners was born from a simple idea: the athletes around me deserved access to the same quality of property investment guidance as anyone else — from someone who actually understood their world. That’s what we’ve built.

I’m Courtney, a 30-year-old property developer. My journey began in the football industry, where I spent seven years before my career was cut short by a life-threatening illness at 22.

Fortunately, I had made several property investments before it happened. During the three years I couldn’t work because of my health, the income from those properties kept me going. That experience showed me what property investment really means. It’s not just a financial strategy. It's also security.

That’s what inspired The Players Property Partners, alongside Luther. We built the service we both wish we’d had earlier.
